Meet the Leadership Team

Steve & Elise Kovacic are 26 year residents of Redlands and Highland, with their daughter Kristin away at Biola University, and two older sons in northern CA. They enjoy tennis, hiking and motorcycling, and are both working as Aerospace engineers.

 


Scott Clayton
 has been attending Trinity for over 20 years. Formerly a professional golfer, he now works as a bookkeeper at Trinity. He has a passion for studying the Word of God, and he also loves sports, both the real kind and the fantasy kind. Scott has been involved in Young Adult leadership for the past few years and desires for the young adults to unite in service as today’s leaders, pervading the ministries of Trinity Church

Kari Geske is a fan of traveling, hiking, MLB, music, and the performing arts. When she is not working as an administrator for the University of California – Riverside, she is active with International Friendship Connection at Trinity, exploring new restaurants and sights, gardening, and hosting friends, family, and any lizards who may wander in for a visit.

Richard & Tracey Matney have been married for 3 years. Richard works at Lennox in Inside Sales and assists the Mexico Loft House Ministry at Trinity. Tracey works at Graebel in Commercial Sales and is a choreographer for SonLight Prayer-in-Motion. Together they lead a “Young Singles” small group. Richard enjoys board games and Tracey loves to cook and bake.

Sharon Shurley grew up in Riverside, CA and has been in the Redlands area for over 20 years.  She has been involved at Trinity Church for over 25 years Sharon is an esthetician (skin care specialist) and owns her own business. She has a daughter (married with 2 boys) who started her nursing program at CBU this fall. Sharon enjoys being around young adults because of their fresh vision and perspective of life.

Samuel Anaya loves the outdoors; he enjoys cycling, trail running, hiking, camping and simply getting lost in nature. He has a strong passion for community health and advocating for undeserved people groups. Sam also enjoys whistling and humming songs when he doesn’t have his guitar at hand.

Anthony & Cindy Conley have been married for almost 1 year and have been attending Trinity for 4 years. Cindy lived in Colombia for 13 years before moving to Highland, CA and is involved with “Fuente de Vida” at Trinity. Anthony is involved with worship ministries at Trinity. They enjoy hiking, camping, and other outdoor activities.

Taylor Higgins moved to Redlands in the spring of 2015 and has been involved in the Trinity Young Adult singles group for about a year. She works with foster kids and kids on probation providing mental health and behavioral health services. While Taylor is working or studying for her Ph.D., she drinks copious amounts of coffee but when she has free time she can be found hiking, kayaking, or spending time with friends and family.
